about

This track was created for a music licensing opportunity - a production needed a replacement for Harold Faltermeyer's legendary 'Axel F' (from the 1984 'Beverly Hills Cop' soundtrack. This is my take on that sound - that and Jan Hammer's 'Miami Vice' work, with a bit of Reduxe thrown in at the end. The perfect sound for an 80s chase scene, or putting a banana in someone's tailpipe. Written and produced by G. Bunbury/Reduxe, guitar solo performed by Eric Maldonado (big thanks).
